IPSantarém is part of the Network of Higher Education Institutions for the Safeguarding of the Mediterranean Diet (RIESDM) which, with the University of Évora, is organising the 2nd Congress of the Network of Higher Education Institutions for the Safeguarding of the Mediterranean Diet. The event runs in parallel with the 2nd International Conference on Mediterranean Diet and Gastronomy that will take place at Palácio D. Manuel, in Évora, on 28 and 29 September 2023.
